Refund policy

Returns & Replacements

If for whatever reason our product doesn’t meet your expectations, simply return it to us unused within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of its purchase price. Some restrictions apply and are as follows.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All swimwear and intimates sales are final, no exchange/refund.
  • All footwear has a one (1) year warranty. We cannot accept the return of footwear more than one (1) year after the original purchase date.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection before refunds/exchanges are approved. Laundered and/or worn merchandise will not be approved for exchange/refund unless otherwise determined defective.

Each order includes a packing list.

We are not responsible for lost returned merchandise without valid proof of delivery to our facility.

If you received damaged merchandise, defective product, or if your merchandise was shipped incorrectly; please call 1-888-Mossy Oak (1-888-667-7962) and speak to a Consumer Service Representative before returning.

If you are requesting a refund, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the item was a gift, and the recipient is requesting a refund; a Mossy Oak Store Gift Card will be issued for the current selling price of the item.

General Terms & Conditions for Threshold-Based Discounts

  • Eligibility: From time to time, we may offer discounts that apply when your order subtotal reaches a specified minimum purchase amount (before tax, shipping, and excluded items).
  • Exclusions: Certain products, including but not limited to conservation stamps and items benefiting charitable organizations, may be excluded from qualifying totals. Exclusions will be identified in the promotion details.
  • Returns & Adjustments: If products are returned and the adjusted order total falls below the stated minimum purchase threshold, the discount will be recalculated. Any difference between the discount originally applied and the recalculated discount will be deducted from the refund issued.
  • Limitations: Threshold-based discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless specifically stated.
  • Changes: We reserve the right to change, limit, or cancel any promotional offer at our discretion.
